Carline's family has been on Homes from the Heart's list for over a year. Unfortunately, her mother passed away in February. Carline, 33, and her daughters have been living in the tarp house picture below since the earthquake. We finally were able to give their family the home they were promised. Carline says she knows her mother is smiling now from wherever she is.
